In the morning, we went to explore the rocky shore of Buccaneer Cove on Santiago Island. We could also explore the coast by snorkeling in one of the week’s best snorkeling spots. In the afternoon, we visited Puerto Egas. This wonderful shoreline offered great scenery for photographers, who had the chance to spend time with the sea lions and marine iguanas basking on lava rocks. We finished this last full day in the Galapagos Islands with a cocktail in the lounge of National Geographic Islander II.
